Caterham Hill Parish Council Planning Committee

Members of the Parish Council Planning Committee are:

Cllr George Dennis (Chair), Cllr Helen Bilton, Cllr Chris Botten, Cllr Vicky Robinson and Mrs Deborah Brent (co-opted)

Planning meetings are generally held on the last Friday of the month at the Caterham Ex Service Mens Club and also now virtually (subject to technology working). Residents are encouraged to attend and can discuss issues.

Please click here for meeting dates. Occasionally meetings are cancelled so please check the website before attending.

Tandridge District Council must inform the parish council of applications affecting its parish. Whilst the parish council does not have the power to grant or refuse planning permission, its views are considered when deciding on planning decisions.

Parish Council responses to planning applications can be viewed on the TDC planning portal (click here) and are also available by viewing planning committee minutes (click here). Residents are welcome to email with any queries.
