Members of the Parish Council Planning Committee are:

Cllr Geoff Duck (Chair), Cllr Maria Grasso (Vice Chair), Cllr Vicky Robinson, Cllr Emma Payne, Cllr Derek Carpenter, Cllr Leena Sowambur.

Planning meetings are generally held on the last Friday of the month at the Westway Centre and also now virtually (subject to technology working). Residents are encouraged to attend and can discuss issues.

Tandridge District Council must inform the parish council of applications affecting its parish. Whilst the parish council does not have the power to grant or refuse planning permission, its views are considered when deciding on planning decisions.
